CQ: What is Cassandra Marie Jewelry’s return Policy?

Our Answer:  Cassandra Marie Jewelry strives to match everyone with the jewelry of their dreams and provide the highest quality products! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we only except returns 5 days from the date you purchased your jewelry. Contact us and we will send a return label to the purchasers address. Once we receive the purchased jewelry in its original state and packaging, we will then issue a full refund.  All of our made-to-order custom purchases are final sale.

Note: Funds may take a couple business days to show back in your account depending on your bank and holidays. If there is any damage to the returned jewelry or stone damage we will charge a damage fee of 75% of your original purchased price.

 

CQ: How can I determine my ring size!? 

Our Answer: You can contact us and we can set up an appointment to meet in Indianapolis, then we can use our ring sizer to give you your ring size! If we are not located close to you, you can go to a local jewelry store near you and ask them for a professional sizing! Another little trick we’d like to share is you could find a string and wrap it around your finger and find a ruler to lay the measurable length next to make sure you measure in millimeters!

 

CQ: Do you offer custom work?

Our Answer: Yes, we do! Our main bench jewelry was fortunate enough be educated in hand fabrication, CAD Services, and Counter Sketching. If you would like to start the custom process call us today!

CQ: What are the shapes diamonds and gemstones?

Our Answer: We offer a picture below of the shapes! They include;

 

CQ: Will you sell the mounting without the stone?

Our Answer: Unfortunately we do not! We do not sell just mountings. All of our stones and mountings are sold together! If you are in love with one of our pieces and would like to add a different gemstone, diamond, or design please contact us today!

 

CQ: Do You offer payment plans?

Our Answer: We do offer Layaway payment plans! Our Jewelry can be a large purchase and we don’t want you to miss out on the jewelry piece of your dreams! We offer layaway payment plans up to 60-days and it’s perfectly fine to split the payments over multiple cards if needed! If any of our jewelry goes into a layaway plan they are taken from our stock for extended periods of time, therefore they will only be exchangeable for online-store credit but not returnable. Contact us today to set up a plan that works best for you!

Note: Pre-paid payments are non-returnable for payment plans.

 

CQ: Can you clean, polish, or resize my jewelry?

Our Answer: Yes! We offer 1 complimentary cleaning and polishing! Each Additional or new cleaning or polishing services are $48.99. If you would like to upsize or downsize with soldering we charge a $30 service fee plus addition material costs. If you would like other resizing options (ring-fit strips, solder balls, ect.) contact us today and we can help you find a solution that best fits your needs!
